Abstract:
A WLAN-based multi-robot communication network and behavior-based coordinated obstacle-avoiding strategy for multiple mobile robots is presented. First, the technology of wireless local area network, the network structure, the adopted communication protocol and content, and the programming of communication software are described. Then the coordinated obstacle-avoiding behavior for multi-robot system through WLAN-based information sharing is designed and implemented. Multi-robot experimental results demonstrate the validity of the method.
