Design of an Automatic Cooking Robot Based on DSP and CPLD

  • 摘要: 全面介绍了一种自动烹饪机器人的实现.其控制主体采用DSP(数字信号处理器)结合CPLD(复杂可编程逻辑器件).单片机负责火候控制,采用高档工控机做上层控制,用户和机器人交互通过触摸屏;机构上主要由加料、搅拌、火候控制、锅具等几部分组成.试验表明该自动烹饪机器人使用方便,能较好满足中餐烹饪工艺的要求.

     

    Abstract: The realization of an automatic cooking robot is presented.The control mainframe of the robot is composed of a Digital Signal Processor(DSP) and a Complex Programmable Logic Device(CPLD).A Micro Controller Unit(MCU) is in charge of fire control and an advanced PC for industrial application is in charge of upper control.The interface between the users and the robot is a touch screen.The mechanical structure consists of a material-adding part,a stirring part,a fire control part and a pan part.Experiment shows that the automatic cooking robot is easy to use and can satisfy the cooking requirements of Chinese food.
