Abstract: This paper describes a kind of contacted 3D digital scanner in detail. This kind of 3D scanner supplements that laser scanner cannot detect shining objects and absorbing light objects. The principle of the system is introduced. The motion modular is established scanner is put forward also. At last the paper explains the process of the measurement of the system.
