APPLICATION OF ARC WELDING ROBOT MOTOMAN-L10ωIN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS OF HOISTING JACKS FOR AUTOMOBILES

  • 摘要: 本文描述了在千斤顶焊接生产中使用Motoman-L10ω弧焊机器人形成柔性生产线的具体问题.如工装夹具的没计.I/O接口应用开发,机器人接地、示教/再现等.文章最后对所建立的柔性生产单元的经济效益进行了分析.

     

    Abstract: When the are welding robot Motoman-L10ω is applied in the production of hoisting jacks,a flexibleproduction line may be established.Many problems in it are discussed in this paper such as clampers de-sign,application development of I/O interface,robot grounding,demonstration and reappearing,ete.The paper analyzes at last the benefits of the flexible production unit established.
