RESEARCH ON ROBOT SPOT WELDING PROCESS USING ELECTRODE DISPLACEMENT METHOD OF THERMAL EXPANSION

  • 摘要: 本文首次将热膨胀电极位移法用于机器人点焊.采用高精度、高分辨率的光栅位移传感系统,对机器人点焊电极位移变化规律进行了研究.试验结果表明,测量数据准确,重复性高,为电极位移法用于机器人点焊质量监控提供了新的途径.

     

    Abstract: The electrode displacement method is used in robot spot welding for the first time.The law of electrode displacement change using high accurate and resolution grating sensor system is researched .The experimental results show that measuring data are accurate and repeted well.It offers a new way using the displacement method of electrode thermal expansion for robot spot welding quality control.
