Abstract:Biochip is an advanced research field in 21 century,and the technology of high-density microarray is one of the bases of biochip. As the most important arraying method,The automatic robot arrayer system by touching the slide to produce biochip is given an importance to by the global. In this paper,we introduce the integrated robot arrayer system developed by Tsinghua University,and analyze the result of the microarray manufactured by the robot arrayer system.
