基于空间信息视觉注意模型的家庭机器人室内场景视频识别技术

The Indoor Scene Video Recognition Technology for Home Robots Based on Visual Attention Model Combined with Spatial Information

  • 摘要: 在视觉注意模型的基础上提出一种应用于家庭机器人室内场景视频识别技术的模型.此模型在视觉注意模型中的特征图的基础上结合空间信息形成图像特征. 利用此特征进行分类,不仅避免了室内图像过于复杂的细节,还保留了不同场景中的空间信息.利用一款家庭服务机器人作为实验平台进行实验.实验结果表明, 此模型具有很好的识别效果,同时在机器人上进行视频识别具有一定的实时性.

     

    Abstract: A model of indoor scene video recognition technology applied to home robots is proposed based on visual attention model. This model creates image features based on the feature map of visual attention model by combining with spatial information. In classification, complex details of the indoor image are avoided and spatial information of the different scenes are retained by applying these features. Moreover, a home service robot is used as experimental platform to conduct experiments. The result shows that good recognition results can be achieved by using the proposed model, and real-time video recognition are implemented on the robot.
