AN EASY MODELING AND CALIBRATION TECHNIQUE FOR LINE LASER-VISION SENSOR INTEGRATED WITH CMM

  • 摘要: 本文将线激光视觉传感器与三坐标测量机(CMM)相集成,并建立相应的数学模型;其中针对线激光视觉传感器结构参数标定中存在的问题,利用B样条神经网络来确定视觉传感器输入输出之间的映射关系,从而简化了标定过程;并根据建立的数学模型实现了激光平面坐标系与CMM坐标系之间的转换.实验证明该方法是有效地.

     

    Abstract: The Line laser-vision sensor is integrated CMM, and the mathematical model of them is established. A B-spline neural network is presented and used to approximate the mapping relationship between output and input of vision sensor. And according to the mathematical mode, the coordinate world coordinate ZX and Y of each point on laser plane coordinate-can be obtained. Its feasibility is proved by samples.
