An Aerostatic Bearing Numerical Calculation Method for 6-DOF Simulation Satellite

  • 摘要: 针对失重模拟实验中常用的两种静压气浮轴承,推导了保角变换下的气孔直径公式和流量及承载能力公式,研究了有限元建模及求解方法,并给出了具体实例以进行验证.基于平面和球面的静压气浮轴承设计了一种6自由度模拟卫星.试验结果表明,两种静压气浮轴承都满足了总体的技术指标要求.

     

    Abstract: Aimed at two kinds of aerostatic bearings normally used in zero gravity simulation test,formulae for throttling orifices' diameter,flow and load capacity under conformal transformation are deduced,finite element modeling and solving methods are investigated,and some examples are given to prove the results.A 6-DOF(degree of freedom) simulation satellite is designed based on planar and spherical aerostatic bearing presented in the paper.The test results show that the two kinds of bearings satisfy general technical specifications.
