Safety and Insulation Design of Articulated Hot-line Cleaning Robot

  • 摘要: 关节式带电清扫机器人(简称“HVCR II”)是一种遥操作机器人,用于330kV变电所高压设备外绝缘瓷瓶的带电清扫.本文介绍了其在绝缘性和安全性设计上的一些研究工作,包括绝缘结构设计、绝缘操作方式、控制系统以及泄漏电流实时监测及报警系统的设计.工频耐压试验和模拟带电清扫试验表明,关节式带电清扫机器人有良好的绝缘性能,并具备了明朗的应用前景.

     

    Abstract: The "HVCR II",an articulated hot-line cleaning robot,is a kind of tele-operated robot.It is designed to clean the insulators of high voltage equipments in 330kV transformer substations.In this paper,some studies about the design of insulation and safety are presented,including insulating structure,insulating operating mode,control system,leakage current realtime measuring and alarming system.The power frequency voltage withstand test and the simulated brushing test show that the robot has great insulating ability and good application prospects.
