Abstract:UItrasonic driving mechanism is present, which is produced by single plate piezoelectric vibrator;By use of two dimen;ional flexural vibration in rectangle plate and setting up dogs,many wheels can rotate in the same time, The ways in design are given,by developing and testing,its characteristics of speedand power ratio are measured.Its feasibility,which is used as driving mechanism which moves in line andused in moving minirobot.
