基于结构光的机器人焊接实时图像处理方法的研究

RESEARCH ON REAL TIME PROCESSING OF ROBOT WELDING IMAGE BASED ON STRUCTURE LIGHT

  • 摘要: 本文就焊缝自动跟踪中的一个关键问题——图像的去噪处理问题进行了深入的研究,提出了使用LOG滤波器和图像分割滤波器相结合共同处理焊缝图像的新方法.该方法处理效果好,图像处理时间不足0.8s,很有可能用于焊缝跟踪的图形实时处理工作.

     

    Abstract: Image processing which is the key problem in the automatic welding is studied in this paper. Two new filter methods are proposed, which are LOG filter and image segmentation filter. They are very sensible to the welding image, and the welding image processing is very fast.
