  • 摘要: 施釉是陶瓷生产中的一个重要环节,也是陶瓷生产中较易实现自动化的环节.国外大多采用机器人进行喷釉,但是国内鲜有成功的先例.本文的机器人喷釉系统在引进国外先进设备的基础上,结合国内陶瓷生产的实际设计而成.

     

    Abstract: Spray painting is an important process in the production of ceramics, and it is a sector easier to implement automatic manufacturing. There are many robot spray painting systems in the foreign countries. But it is hard to find a successful system in China. This paper presents a robot spray painting system, which is designed based on the advanced imported equipments and the domestic production of ceramics.
