STUDY AND ANALYSIS OF CURRENT SITUATION TOWARDSSWIMMING MICROROBOT IN LIQUID

  • 摘要: 近年来,随着微电子机械系统(MEMS)的发展,液体中泳动微机器人成为越来越受到关注的前沿研究课题之一.本文综述了液体中泳动微机器人的研究现状,讨论分析了泳动微机器人的研究内容和相关技术问题.

     

    Abstract: Recently, swimming microrobot in liquid is one of top study subjects to be increasingly noticed with the development of MEMS. This paper gives a brief overview of the current situation towards swimming microrobot in liquid, and its research contents and associated technology problems are also discussed and analyzed.
