Abstract:Based on the platform of a mobile scout robot,a novel robot control method using GPRS communication system is described.The emphasis is specially put on the improved encryption techniques of GPRS communication system,which adds time marker to ELGamal public-key algorithm.The improvement increases security of the communication system.Lastly the experiment results are presented.
