钢材捆扎机械手的理论分析与设计

ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF BINDING MANIPULATOR OF STEEL BARS

  • 摘要: 钢材捆扎的原理设计、模型分析与理论计算,运用Pro/Engineering软件设计了一种捆扎机械手.该机械手以Φ6.5热扎盘条为捆丝材料,由液压马达驱动,在可编程控制器控制下进行自动捆扎,捆丝拧结720°,能满足多种钢材包装要求,已成功应用到精整包装生产中.

     

    Abstract: The paper presents an automatic binding manipulator of steel bars. It described the binding principle, model analyzing and theoretical computing. And it designed the device using Pro/Engineering software. Using Φ6.5 steel wire, the manipulator can bundle up steel bars automatically with a programmable controller(PLC), driven by hydraulic motor. The strapping knot with 720°can fit all kinds of binding criterions of steel bars. It has been applied to finishing craftwork successfully.
