RESEACH ON SYSTEM OF ROBOT FOR HULL STEEL PLATE BENDING BY LINE HEATING

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了我国第一台船体钢板水火加工成型机器人的研究设计.在对本体设计特点介绍基础上,着重介绍了多功能机械手的设计.同时也对基于SERCOS总线的控制系统作了一定论述.

     

    Abstract: The paper illuminates the design of the first robot in China for hull steel plate bending by line heating.Firstly,it discusses the properties of the robot mechanical system,and mainly introduces the design of the manipulator. In addition, the control system,which is based on the SERCOS BUS, is introduced.
