ZXPJ01型消防机器人的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF ZXPJ01 FIRE-FIGHTING ROBOT

  • 摘要: ZXPJ01型消防机器人是一种集火场探测,消防,有毒、易燃、易爆气体场所探测等多种功能于一体的遥控关节式移动机器人.本文介绍它的系统结构和工作原理,并从硬件和软件两个方面对该机器人的控制系统进行了介绍,以及电器防爆及热防护功能的实现.机器人原型已经完成,实验结果证明了系统的可靠性和各项性能指标满足设计要求.

     

    Abstract: ZXPJ01 fire-fighting robot is a multi-function teleoperator, which integrated detection in the scene of a fire and where there are venomous, flammable and explosive gas, and fire fighting, and so forth. This paper presents the system structure, working principle, the realization of the explosion and thermal protection of electronic equipment, and the control system including hardware and software. The prototype of the robot has been realized; experiments demonstrate the reliability of the system and all performance indexes are satisfied with the designed requirements.
