摘要: 本文针对基于Internet的机器人控制，首先分析了Internet网络时间延迟的主要组成及其基本特性，然后介绍了网络时延测试实验的结果及其结论，最后研究了网络时延预估算法及其有效性．

Abstract: In this paper, based on the analysis of the main composition of the Internet time delay and its characteristics, the network time delay test and its conclusion are presented. Finally, the validity of the network time-delay prediction algorithm is discussed.
