RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF TYPE CR80-1 PRESSING ROBOT

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了新开发的CR80-1型冲压机器人的结构和工作原理.着重介绍新开发的增速机构,气液系统、分料器、控制系统等关键技术.这些关键技术的开发保证了冲压机器人的整机性能,经工业生产运行考核证明,控制系统安全可靠,使用维修方便,满足了生产要求.

     

    Abstract: The principle and the structure of type CR80-1 pressing robot are introduced in this paper. Some keytechniques newly developed such as speed mechanism, pneumatic and bydraulic system, distributor, control system are presented. Development of these techniques ensures the quality of the pressing robot. Practical operation proves that the control system is reliable, and the robot can be used and maintained easily.
