The Evolution and Enlightenment of Safety Specification of Cooperative Robots:ISO/TS 15066

  • 摘要: 以协作机器人的ISO/TS 15066:2016安全规范文本为依据,回顾了传统工业机器人的安全标准,找出其与协作机器人安全规范两者之间的区别与联系.另外,除对4种协作操作等重点内容进行解读以外,又参考其他安全标准和相关文献,从中引申出机器人安全与风险的概念,提炼出现行机器人安全标准的本质,并给出协作机器人安全性的一般性指导原则.最后,围绕协作机器人的设计给出了一些启示,并对以人机共融为特征的下一代机器人技术的未来发展作出展望.

     

    Abstract: Based on the text of ISO/TS 15066:2016 safety specification for cooperative robots, the safety standards of traditional industrial robots are reviewed, and the difference and relationship between the new safety specification and the old one are found out. In addition to unscrambling the key contents such as the four kinds of cooperative operations, this paper also refers to other safety standards and related documents and arises the concept of robot's safety and risk, abstracts the essence of the existing standards of robot safety, and provides the general guidelines to the safety of the cooperative robots. In the end, some enlightenments are given for the design of cooperative robots, and the future developments of the next generation robots are forecasted, which have the characteristics of human-robot harmony.
