APPLICATION OF ARC WELDING ROBOT MOTOMAN-L10ωIN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS OF HOISTING JACKS FOR AUTOMOBILES

When the are welding robot Motoman-L10ω is applied in the production of hoisting jacks,a flexibleproduction line may be established.Many problems in it are discussed in this paper such as clampers de-sign,application development of I/O interface,robot grounding,demonstration and reappearing,ete.The paper analyzes at last the benefits of the flexible production unit established.
