HISTORY, CURRENT STATE, AND PROSPECTOF STUDY OF HUMANOIDS

The humanoid robot is one of the most active domains in the study of robots,and it arouses many researchers' attention. In this paper,the main merits of humanoids compared with to other moving robots are introduced. With the discussion of the history and current state home and abroad,the developing direction and emphasis of the study are forecasted.
