Abstract
This paper presents a robot slip sensor based on optic fibre sensor of external light strength modulation type. This sensor is non-contactive and all-directional, and has several characteristics better than thatof existenting ones. A soft grasp control system using this sensor and its experimental results are also pres-ented.
