Abstract
This paper discusses a vision system of determining the position and orientationof the object in 3-D space.This vision system is a system of a high level off-line robot programming system,While the hierarchy of the vision sub-system andthe interface between this sub-system and the robot programming system are descri-bed briefly,the low level vision processing methods and the accuracy of determin-ing the positions using visual information are discussed in detail.
