PROBLEMES RELATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF- SIX AXES FORCE/TORQUE SENSOR

This paper comprehensively analyzes and discusses the performance of the Six Axes Force/Torque Sensor. And the criteria for the evaluation of protection overload, dynamic performance and elastic structure of the Six Axes Force/Forque Sensor are suggested for the first time.
