Abstract
This paper discusses the ways of selecting robots, welding equipments, peripheral equipments and the design, installation, programming of the robot systems as well as several other key techniques for a cab welding production line, referring to the process requirements and operating requirements that the user demands. The system integration and system simulation are the main ideas in this paper.
