RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF A FLEXIBLE AUTOMATIC PRESS LINE SYSTEM

This paper presents a flexible automatic production line for the production of large-scale automobile cap pieces, which is composed of 6 presses, 12 feeding and unloading manipulators, 1 turning transmission device, 4 shuttle transmission devices and 1 magnetic decker. Main performance index of the production line, structure drawings of the manipulators, and block diagrams of the unit control system are presented. Also, the system operating principle is introduced.
