COMMUNICATION BETWEEN PLC AND PC COMPUTER UNDER VB ENVIRONMENT AND ITS APPLICATION IN CONTROL SYSTEM OF WALL-CLEANING MOBILE ROBOT

This paper describes the design method for the communication program between PLC and PC computer in the monitor system of wall cleaning robot under MS VB environment, referring to the characteristics of PLC's architecture and programming on the OMRON CQM1 programmable logic computer. The outline and technique in programming are emphasized when the communication interface programs are designed with VB languages. Finally, one application is analyzed to verify the feasibility of this kind of design method.
