Abstract
Based on the successful design of an advanced micrometer size omni-direction mobile microrobot,the cooperation algorithm of multi-microrobot system was researched on in this paper. According to the characteristics of microrobot system,A proper centrally-distributed cooperation algorithm was proposed to the multi-microrobot system,the structure of this algorithm was also given. The proven algorithm is simple and effective through experiments.
