Abstract
This paper presents a new robot soccer system architecture,which realizes human-robot interactive games over the Internet based on C/S mode.The system adopts the technologies of Windows XP,VC++,and Winsock network programming.The decision-adjusting subsystem is developed to reduce the effect of time-delay on the game,and the "Internet-based robot soccer competition system" is accomplished with the control,vision,decision-adjusting and serial communication subsystems.
