RESEARCH ON THE DEEPWATER SEAL FOR UNDERWATER-MOTOR OF UNDERWATER ROBOT

In this paper, a sealing method for the underwater motor of underwater robot is studied, an advanced dynamic sealing device is presented, and a pressure testing method for the sealing performance is introduced. Testing and practical application show that this sealing method and dynamic sealing device can completely satisfy the sealing requirements of deepwater operation of underwater robot.
