ASSEMELY STRATEGIES AND GEOMETRIC CONSTRAINTS FOR RECTANGULAR PEG-HOLE PARTS

In this paper a suitable and simple assembly strategy for typical 3D rectangular peg-hole partsassembly operation is presented.The geometric constraint equations from contact states between peg andhole is deduced.SO the theoretical foundation for 3D rectangular peg-hole parts successful assembly is provided. Furthermore,we can find out that the geometric constraint equations concur theoretically with degrees offreedom of concrete contact system between peg and hole.
