Wiring Principle of Anti-high-frequency Interference in Remote Pipe Welding Robot

  • This paper presents some disposal measures based on different grade circuits such as disturbing circuit, common circuit and sensitive circuit, and analyzes the wiring principle on anti-high-frequency interference of system general wires, signal wires and shielding twisted-pair(STP) wires in remote pipe welding robot, which includes: enlarging the distance, intercrossing vertically, avoiding placing redundantly and using shielding technology as much as possible between the interferential and sensitive circuits; strictly separating the AC and DC circuitries, the strong and weak electricity, input and output wires, among different voltage and current grade wires; shortening the length of sensitive signal wire; minishing output resistance value of signal source; using shielding twisted-pair(STP) wires, shielding layer grounding accurately; wiring reasonably in order to reduce the coupling between signal wires and welding cable. The results provide theoretical and practical references for pipe welding technology establishment and the remote pipe welding robot manufacturing.
