AN EASY MODELING AND CALIBRATION TECHNIQUE FOR LINE LASER-VISION SENSOR INTEGRATED WITH CMM

  • The Line laser-vision sensor is integrated CMM, and the mathematical model of them is established. A B-spline neural network is presented and used to approximate the mapping relationship between output and input of vision sensor. And according to the mathematical mode, the coordinate world coordinate ZX and Y of each point on laser plane coordinate-can be obtained. Its feasibility is proved by samples.
