GMAW WELDING EXPERT SYSTEM FOR ARC WELDING ROBOT

This paper develops GMAW welding expert system for Tri-2000 Arc Welding Robot produced by MESSER IGM Co. with Visual C++ 6.0.-Using common methods for constructing expert system and reasoning by step ,the system realizes combination of expert system and arc welding robot by transferring welding process parameters to the robot control cabinet .
