THE RESEARCH ON CALIBRATING METHOD OF CAMERA INTRINSIC FACTORS IN THE INTELLIGENT CMM INSPECTION SYSTEM

  • The aim of researching the integrated CMM intelligence inspection system is to utilize the superiority of machine vision and CMM and automatically measure the objects of known or unknown CAD models. The key step is how to determine the corresponding relations between the space dimensions and its image, that is how to complete the factor calibration of camera with high quality. This paper describes a fast and exact calibrating algorithm of camera intrinsic factors in real industrial environment and proofs validity with examples.
