METHODICAL INQUIRY INTO PRODUCTIVITY PROMOTION OF SPOT WELDING INDUSTRIAL ROBOTS

In this paper some analyses are made on improving the transmission speed of the operation signal andreply signal in a welding robot. Several methods of forming the reply signal are presented. And the problems how to detect and eliminate the workpieces coherence with the welding clamp are discussed. Someprobing discussions are also given to the improvement of the systems ability against disturbances.
