A Knowledge-based Interpretation of Natural Scenes

This paper consists or three parts:(1)initial image segmentation;(2)image fea-ture extraction;(3)rule set organization.Based on a Knowledge-Based Region Ana-lysis System,some experiments on interpretation of natural scenes have been made.Three tyPes of rules which are preforable to region analysis have been proposed.Theyare easy to control and utilize.The experiments on interpretation of natural scenes which contain sky,road,tree,buildings,etc.are introduced and the results are enclosed in the paper.
