一个ROSIDY通用化工业机器人图形仿真软件

ROSIDY:A GENERAL GRAPHIC SIMULATION SOFTWARE FOR INDUSTRIAL ROBOTS

  • 摘要: 本文作者试图满足一般工业机器人图形仿真但又必须是最低成本的要求,利用商品化微机图形软件作为图形支撑开发了一个ROSIDY通用化工业机器人图形仿真软件.尽管在某些功能方面尚不能与大型软件包媲美,但其图形功能和通用性具有很强的实用价值.ROSIDY是机器人设计、分析研究和推广的有力工具.本文论述了ROSIDY的主要思想、程序原理、机器人构件的建模和建库.最后以三种不同自由度的工业机器人作为实例介绍了ROSIDY的应用.

     

    Abstract: Although the robotic simulation and off-line programming software packages existng in the internationalmarket have prominent performance,their prices are too high.We developed ROSIDY,a graphic simulationsoftware,which has the lowest cost to meet the general industrial robots.ROSIDY is supported by merchan-dized graphic software and runs on microcomputers.Although some functions of ROSIDY can not be com-pared with that of large software packages,its graphic function and generality have practical value in industri-al robot design,research,analysis and application.This paper deals with ROSIDY ideas,programming prin-ciple,modelling and library setting of the robot parts.Finally,three industrial robots with different DOFsare presented as application examples of ROSIDY.
