基于图纸理解的装配关系模型的生成

GENERATION OF RELATIONAL MODEL OF ASSEMBLY BASED ON DRAWINGS UNDERSTANDING

  • 摘要: 在应用机器人进行智能化装配中,如何让计算机理解机械图纸是一项重要课题.本文基于对机械装配图的分析和理解,结合相关知识,提出一种装配关系模型DG—ARM,并在此基础上得出零件装配次序的推理算法.最后用一实例说明相应DG-ARM的建立和装配次序的推导结果.

     

    Abstract: While using a robot to intelligent assembly, it is a key problem how to make the computer understandthe mechanical drawings. This paper propose a kind of relational model of assembly(DG-ARM) based onthe analysis and understanding of mechanical drawings, and works out a relevant planning algorithm ofassembly sequence. Finally, an example is given to illustrate how to build the DG-ARM and to plan theassembly sequence.
