ARMS:A Modelling Programme System for Open Chain Robots

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了可自动完成机器人运动学、动力学建模的程序系统ARMS(Automatic Robot Modelling System)的设计、功能及应用.ARMS用FORTRAN77编写,在VAX-11/750上调试通过.此程序系统可在机器人结构型式已知时,求取机器人的齐次变换矩阵、雅可比矩阵及动力方程(拉格朗日型)的符号解及动力方程的计算程序(用FORTRAN写成),且可按给定的精度简化动力方程.程序中应用了特殊的符号处理方法,与国外同类软件相比不仅功能较强,而且速度快.

     

    Abstract: A computer programme system ARMS(Automatic Robot Modelling System)in FORTRAN is highlighted in this paper.With known robot configuration,ARMS can autom-atically generate symbolically the forward kinematic solution,Joeobian Matrix,Complete lagrangian dynamic model,simplified dynamic model with given precision,and the FO-RTRAN programme for the computation of dynamic equations.The speed of ARMS ismuch higher than ARM.In order to compare with the capabilities of ARMS,wegive also the forward solution,Jocobian Matrix and Complete dynamic model for the positioning system of STANFORD on known structure parameters.
