Abstract: The remote center compliance(RCC)is a useful device for assembly aiding in inuertion opera-tions.This paper analysed the binding conditions of choosing RCC for succssful assembly,and developped an application software which is used to choose suitable RCC for the robot assemble system from established database of RCC according to the size of peg and hole,and successful assembly conditions.
