THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INTELLIGENT ASSEMBLE ROBOT OFF-LINE PROGRAMMING SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 机器人离线编程系统是机器人应用开发的有效工具.本文给出一个智能装配机器人离线编程系统ARPS.该系统提供了一个良好的机器人程序开发和调试环境,用户可采用交互方式建立机器人及环境模型,用操作手级的机器人语言ARL描述机器人作业,通过图形仿真调试机器人程序,目标程序与数据通过串行口下装到机器人控制器.

     

    Abstract: Off-line programming system is an effective tool for the robot application. This paper presents an intelligent assemble robot offline programming system ARPS.This system provided an user-friendly environmemt of robot programmig and debugging,The model of robot and its environmemt can be established by interactive mode. The robot task is described by the manipulatorlevel robot programming language ARL. The user tests robot program by graphic simulation and transfers the objective program and data to the robot controller by serial trans mission.
