Mechanism Design of an Intestinal Robot Based on Micro-motor

  • 摘要: 设计了一种基于微型电机的肠道机器人机构.分析了机器人运动方式,并针对该运动方式对轴向伸缩与径向涨缩机构进行了设计与实现,最后通过实验测试了伸缩机构的运动有效性.实现的机构本体蜷缩时尺寸为Φ13mm×50mm,能够实现10mm的轴向步距与8mm的径向变形.

     

    Abstract: A micro-motor-based micro-robot,which can move in intestinal tract,is designed.Based on the analysis on the gait,the locomotion of this robot including wriggle in the axial direction,and expand-contract in the radial direction,and the corresponding mechanism is designed and realized.An experiment is made to prove the feasibility of the axial design. The assembled robot isφ13 mm×50 mm in size,with the function of 10 mm axial stepping and 8 mm radial expanding and contraction.
