DESIGN OF THE INTELLIGENT ROBOT CONTROLLER FOR STEEL PLATE BENDING BY LINE COOLING AND HEATING

  • 摘要: 针对造船技术中水火弯板工艺的自动化,本文介绍了一种基于SERCOS总线的特种工业机器人.在描述水火弯板工艺过程的基础上,文章对机器人的总体结构及其技术特点做了简单介绍.本文着重分析了基于SERCOS总线的机器人控制器的特点,介绍了层次化、模块化软件系统的设计.最后,针对实际应用背景,本文提出了测量引导加工的加工方法.

     

    Abstract: In allusion to automation of the art of steel plate bending by line cooling and heating, a special industrial robot based on SERCOS is introduced in this paper. After description of the structure and the characteristics of the robot, the paper illuminates the technical steps of the automatic processing of the intelligent robot. In detail, the paper analyses thoroughly the design of the controller, including the hardware and the software. According to the application background, the paper will discuss the processing method called “measurement guidance processing”.
