ROBOT SYSTEM TO MAKE BIOCHIP MICROARRAYS

  • 摘要: 本文设计了一种接触法点样机器人系统,实现了低成本、高精度、高速度、大通量的生物芯片制备过程的自动化.结合生物芯片制备过程的特点,提出了系统设计准则,研究了系统的一些关键技术问题,并初步探讨了液体样品的分配机理.最后给出了实验结果.

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a robot system using contact printing method is designed, which can automatically make high throughout biochip microarrays with a low cost but high precision. According to the specialty of microarray printing process, design rules, critical issues and liquid sample dispense principle are discussed. And the experiment results are presented.
