利用应变片实现曲线形状的实时检测

Real-time Detection of Curve Shape by Using Strain Gauges

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种实时检测曲线形状的方法.利用了柔性杆表面某一点的应变与这一点的曲率成正比这一特点,通过应变片来实时检测柔性杆表面若干点的应变,从而获得这些点上的曲率.随后由计算机根据柔性杆上这些离散点的曲率,将柔性杆形状曲线实时地绘出,从而实现了对曲线形状的实时检测.

     

    Abstract: A technique to detect the curve shape in real-time is presented in this paper, and it mainly uses the principle that "the point's strain on the surface of a pliable rod is proportional to the curvature on this point."Several different points' curvature on the surface of this rod can be obtained by measuring the strain gauges and related circuit, and the curve shape can be reconstructed using the computer based on these discrete points' curvature.
