A RESEARCH APPLIED TECHNOLOGIES OF MULTIROBOTS IN A CAB WELDING PRODUCTION LINE

  • 摘要: 本文讨论利用系统集成技术和计算机仿真技术的方法,根据用户提出的工艺要求和操作要求进行工业机器人、焊接设备以及周边设备的选择,工业机器人焊接工位的设计与安装,自动控制系统(PLC)的程序编制和机器人程序编制以及对若干关键技术的研究.

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the ways of selecting robots, welding equipments, peripheral equipments and the design, installation, programming of the robot systems as well as several other key techniques for a cab welding production line, referring to the process requirements and operating requirements that the user demands. The system integration and system simulation are the main ideas in this paper.
