CONTROL AND INTERFACE TECHNOLOGY FOR PROFILELINING AND CUTTING ROBOT SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了一个新型的自动划线切割系统:基于离线编程的型材划线切割机器人系统.系统主要特点:模块化设计、充分利用计算机接口、离线编程在线控制、自动编排加工顺序、机器人函数的远程过程调用.该系统的成功研制,对工业机器人工作站的设计和研究具有实用的参考价值.

     

    Abstract: We have developed a novel lining and cutting system: Offline Program Lining and Cutting Profile Robot System. The system has several main characteristics: modular design, taking full advantage of the computer's interfaces, offline programming and control online, arranging process sequence automatically, remote procedure call of robot functions. The success of the system has important reference value for the design of industry robot system.
